About the project
Artist Bruce Myers has drawn much inspiration from the Wolf River in the design of his piece "meander” whose form seeks to replicate the proportions of the River. Myers worked closely with the Wolf River Conservancy and UAC to develop a project that can be used as a seated classroom just off one of the many trails along the Wolf River. Myers traveled to Memphis in October 2017 to visit the park and map out the installation location as well as to meet with key stakeholders involved in the process.
